Joel Delph
After starting my career in banking, a conversation with my wife in 2010 changed everything. We began to dream together, and that led me to follow God’s call into full-time ministry. That journey shaped the way I see my work today as chaplain at Curran Financial Partners.
I love helping people bring faith into their everyday lives. Every Monday, I have the chance to come into the office and encourage our team through the lens of faith. I also believe the fourth quarter of life may be the most important one. It’s a season when we can invest our newfound time to make a major impact. I hope to encourage people to seize that moment and live it with purpose.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Carolina and worked in banking before I transitioned into ministry. That mix of financial experience and pastoral calling gives me a unique perspective in serving others.
I live in Charleston with my wife, Kelly, and our four children: Lexi, Audrey, Joel and Joshua. Outside of work, I love lifting weights and spending time playing with my kids.
